A successful applicant should be hardworking, reliable, and have good communication and organizational skills with a willingness to learn and grow within the company, either in construction or mitigation paths. Incentives include a tool purchase program as well as paid training and certifications.
Job Responsibilities:
· Demo interiors of homes.
· Water damage clean up.
· Sewage clean up.
· Removing contents and debris from homes.
· Setting up/removing mitigation equipment.
· Cleaning of fire damaged properties.
· Biohazard clean up.
· Board-up window & door openings.
· Follow all health and safety standards per OSHA.
Job Requirements:
· High School diploma or GED a plus
· Valid driver’s license.
· On Call availability for emergencies after regular business hours.
· Must have your own transportation to and from work.
· Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
· Should know basic tools and how to safely operate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
