Functions:
- Oversee and conduct Lab tests such as Torque & Tension, Solids Testing, Film Thickness testing.
- Operate a Salt Spray and Humidity Chamber
- Computer skills is mandatory i.e. Word, Excel, creating Excel charts, graphs, presentations, etc.....
- Corrective action skills and familiarity with doing and filling out corrective actions for teh automotive industry
- Good organizational skills
- Good work ethic and attention to detail to include attendance
- Reliable transportation
- Data input skills and maintaining and writing to daily, weekly, quality documents
- Familiar with performing Oven Profiles / Data Paq's a plus
- Understanding of various coatings and how to check coating viscosities a plus
- HILO driving experience
- Ability to learn to operate machines as needed
- Must have a high school degree or equivalent educational background
- Must have completed and passed required safety training provided by the company
- Basic math skills
- Moderate to fast pace
- Hire on after 90 calendar days of working there through Workbox Staffing
