Job Summary: In a professional manner is responsible for the cleanliness of the jobsites' interior and removal of any trash/debris from the area.

Responsibilities - Daily Cleaning Services

· Restroom(s) cleaning

- Counter tops clean

- Sinks clean

- Toilets/Urinals clean

- Toilet Partitions (door latch works)

- Toilet Paper Dispensers has toilet paper

- Floors sweep & mop

- Hand Dryers clean

- Soap Dispensers filled

- Baby Changing Tables clean

- Mirrors clean

- Lights (all lights interior/exterior functional)

- Odor (no noticeable smell)

- Family Restrooms clean & functional

· Buildings

- Utility area clean

- Water Fountain clean

- Foyer Area clean

- Doors clean

- Walls clean & paint in good condition where applicable

- Signs clean & functional

- Lights (all lights are functioning)

· Trash Receptacles – Clean & functional, equipped with plastic liner bags

· Exterior premises clear of all trash & debris (sidewalk, curb, gutter & parking lot swept)

· Maintain the lawn & garden in a clean & orderly condition

· Picnic Slabs, Tables, & Shelters clean, well maintained & functional

· Vending Machine area is clean & in good repair

· Supplies & Equipment stored

· Adequate supplies on hand

· Other duties may be assigned

· Additional Weekly/Monthly/Semi-Annual Duties

- Shrubbery must be trimmed between April & October

- Flowerbeds (summer months) must be maintained in a weed free condition & watered on a daily basis

- Snow/Ice Control (winter months) walkways, roadways & parking lots are clear

- Windows clean inside & outside (April & October)

Knowledge and Abilities: Must be able to follow directions, properly use cleaning materials and supplies.

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 10 lbs. without assistance. Flexibility to climb, crawl, crouch and kneel in cramped or precarious positions is essential. Ability to see close up, distance and peripherally is also required. Use of all limbs for reaching, lifting, walking, climbing, etc. will be req.

Work Environment: In and around work areas where conditions may be warm, cold, wet or humid.

Reporting Relationships: Reports directly to Site Supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
