Summary

The IT Project Manager (ITPM) will lead multiple development projects simultaneously from different areas of the business such as Sales, Marketing, Service, Engineering, Purchasing, Shipping, Finance, and IT. The ITPM will lead the strategic planning process to ensure that all relevant requirements get captured; assemble a team of resources (both internally and contractors) to assign tasks; monitor the assigned tasks and measure their progress along with any risks discovered to assure nothing was missed; hit the dates promised and deploy the developments. After going live, the ITPM will measure its success before closing the project. The projects will be cross-departmental and will go from small to large-scale in complexity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Lead projects following the principles, practices, techniques, and the documentation requirements prescribed by PMI/Agile.
• Coordinate multiple projects and schedules.
• Understand SAP/ECC systems and methodologies.
• Ensure there is Executive Team support for a successful project outcome.
• Define problems and develop alternative solutions.
• Forecast staffing resources.
• Facilitate meetings with cross-functional groups.
• Report on success metrics such as project status, schedule buffer consumption, and resource distraction and utilization.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least five years of senior level experience with complex IT project management.
• Strong Project Management acumen and leadership abilities.
• Expertise in a broad variety of tasks in the manufacturing industries.

Desired Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
• Expertise with SAP ERP workflows.
• Familiarity with full stack development and web design using AEM, Hybris, Drupal, etc.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Education

Bachelor's Degree BS/BFA/BSA from a four-year college or university is required, plus additional related experience.
