Focal Pointe Outdoor Solutions (“Focal Pointe”) is a leading provider of landscape maintenance and landscape installation services in the Midwest region. The primary services include Commercial Landscape Maintenance, Commercial Landscape Construction, Irrigation Management, Plant Health Care, and High-Touch Residential Installation. We're hiring Irrigation Service Technicians to work from our Washington University Campus.

Responsibilities:

• Servicing and maintaining irrigation systems through controller programming, system inspections, repairing, and winterizing systems.
• Communicating directly with clients, as well as Focal Pointe team members to create lasting relationships.
• Inspects completed work to ensure that instructions are followed and schedules are maintained.
• Prepares and submits necessary documentation to Contract Administrator.
• Follow operating procedures and standards that maximize safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Participate in snow removal as a Crew Member or Route Manager.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to work hard, high attention to detail, follow-up, and the ability to prioritize.
• Proficient equipment operating skills including but not limited to irrigation controllers, pipe and wire cutters, water pumps, and shovels.
• Able to learn the critical functions of our cloud-based, industry-specific software including quick tickets, clocking in and out of jobs, and utilizing GPS functions.
• Associate or Technical Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of field-related experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with approved driving record.
