IRP/ICP agent (3rd party to DMV) Position Available (TRACY)

The ideal candidate for this essential role will love organization, order, and people. There are a few great positions open at our Tracy office. All open positions will be responsible for performing various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment, answering phones , communication with various state departments and completing general clerical work.

What you get to do every single day

- Offer help with front desk and receptionist duties
- Place and receive telephone calls
- Demonstrate command of such tasks as data entry, faxing, copying, scanning, filing, and word processing
- As required, offer support on diverse employee projects
- Meet customers in a friendly manner
- Providing accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
- At least 3+ years of Office Clerk experience preferred
- Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required
- Competent in handling office equipment
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is required for this position
- Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
- Filing experience
- Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

- Ability to fill form with accuracy.

- Background check required, and specific training for DMV systems.

Pay rate depends on experience. Candidates with serious carrier aspirations and has plans how to achieve their goals, will be our choice. We want hardworking person who take full responsibility and have pride in their work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
