This is for an Insurance Service Representative (Commercial Lines)
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
$65K/year + bonus

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering a positive customer service experience and is able to communicate effectively (orally and written). He/she wants to explore a career in the insurance industry and can work with independent insurance agencies to help them manage the policies they write. He/she will also assist brokers who need to make changes, cancel, or renew policies.
Responsibilities:
Help agents service their accounts
Work with Insurance carriers to make changes on policies
Interact with brokers to cancel/reinstate policies, add/delete coverages & assist with claims
Conduct phone and email follow-ups
