• Utilizes instructional design, adult learning theories, and performance improvement processes to analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate instructional materials and programs to enhance retention and learning transfer
• Collaborate and align with project stakeholders and/or internal subject matter experts across the organization to determine scope of instructional needs, create learning objectives, content sequence and structure
• Collaborate and align with internal subject matter experts across the organization to develop, design, and improve training solutions that drive performance and are consistent with internal standards and best practices
• Collaborate and engage with external vendor partners to develop training solutions that drive business performance
• Communicates effectively in visual, oral, and written form to present training solutions to project stakeholders and/or internal subject matter experts
• Properly construct assessment and satisfaction survey design
• Track multiple projects with conflicting timelines and provide timely status updates to project stakeholders and project managers on a consistent basis
• Builds and manages multiple partnerships and relationships at all levels of the organization
• Recommends and integrates performance improvement strategies
• Provides Learning Management System (LMS) and ticketing system support as requested

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
