Inside Sales Representative Job at Stephen Donnelly & Associates
We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to work with our Marketing team to develop new client relationships and sell our products to new clients. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to persuade clients into making a purchase. The successful candidate will be familiar with the intricacies of our company's products and will enjoy the synergy of a team environment where everyone supports each other.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients and prospects and gather information about their needs and issues.
- Use the CRM system to track information and interactions with customers.
- Track sales leads and opportunities and use CRM to analyze the sales pipeline.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients or prospects to promote products or services.
- Meet with clients or prospects to discuss their needs, selling points, upcoming events, or changes in legislation that would impact their business and how our firm could help them solve problems.
- Assist other areas of the firm as needed.
