UNITEC Parts Company is searching for a high-energy, extremely motivated, customer-centric Inside Sales Specialist to increase the sales of spare parts and develop relationships by providing exceptional customer service. - Meet or exceed annual sales goals with parts sales to the external customer base by attaining daily call activity metrics, increasing touchpoints, and following up on leads.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers placing orders for service parts, ensuring customer satisfaction and account management.
- Researching and identifying part numbers, obtaining part prices and lead times, and tracking shipment with close management on special/larger orders sold by Unitec.
- Provide timely and accurate quotes and offer obsolescence product solutions to grow the sales pipeline.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of parts and packages.
Basic Qualifications:
- Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
- The successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft-based computer software and HubSpot CRM.
- Goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills
This position provides an excellent opportunity to further develop communication, field and elevator knowledge, and business/technical skills while providing an excellent overview of Otis operations for future career growth opportunities. Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience; or, an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Location/ Work Arrangement
The position is in Bloomfield, CT and there is an opportunity for the position to be hybrid (office and remote) or fully office. The successful candidate must be able to commute to the office.
