Inside Sales Representative Job at Choice 1
GREAT company located in Greensburg is looking for a customer service/inside sales rep. This is a FULL TIME/TEMP TO HIRE position with AWESOME benefit package upon hire! Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Pay rate $17-$19/hr.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Field incoming sales calls and respond to emails, providing customers with answers to questions regarding pricing, availability, order status, etc.
- Receive customer purchase orders and confirm readiness for order entry; address discrepancies with customers.
- Perform other general sales and warehouse duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate shall possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Candidate shall be energetic, have attention to detail, and able to multi-task
- Candidate shall be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Preferences:
Previous inside sales experience • Previous customer service experience • Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
