Innovative Staff Solutions is growing, and we are seeking a qualified Human Resources Manager to add to our internal team. This full-time position is based in our Corporate office in Mattoon, IL. Ideal candidates will have impeccable customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-centric environment. Responsibilities:
Ensure employees follow all policies and procedures
Manage the HR team including HR Generalists and Recruiting Specialists
Manage recruitment of internal employees
Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters and recruitment
Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices and regulatory changes in human resources, talent management and employment law
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of employee files and sensitive information

Requirements:
4-year degree or equivalent experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Detail oriented, organized and able to work efficiently despite interruptions.
Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external employees and clients.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Highly dependable and able to work 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday, plus overtime as needed.
