HR Operations/Payroll Sr. Generalist for EFL USA is dedicated to working across departments to support growth and success for our employees and our company. We are seeking an experienced with a solid HR knowledgebase to be a member of the HR team and help grow the HR function. A seasoned generalist with strengths in PAYROLL/Benefits.
HR Operations/Payroll Sr. Generalist is responsible the day-to-day execution of all payroll processes working closely with the VP HR and VP Finance. This includes identifying and ensuring compliance with all US state, federal and international (Canada and LATAM) wage hour, tax and requirements. The ideal candidate will create structure and process where none exist and advise on payroll related transactions and will manage the ADP TotalSource system, annual employee Benefits open enrollment, yearly reconciliation of benefits/retirement plans and completes annual EEO/VETS reporting and any other compliance reporting.

The position will supervise the HR specialist and will be a key member in assisting in key decisions with maintaining, integrating, developing, assessing, and HR tools and processes that will shape business decisions in delivering business results and meet the overall objectives of the company.
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will create structure and process where none exist and advise on payroll related transactions and will manage the ADP TotalSource system, annual employee Benefits open enrollment, yearly reconciliation of benefits/retirement plans and completes annual EEO/VETS reporting and any other compliance reporting.
- Provide HR and HRIS guidance and advice to managers on HR and payroll policy and procedures, balancing needs with best practices.
- Identify training needs for business units within a HR operations and internal processes.
- Partners with VP HR to lead work in a variety of areas including onboarding, HR Systems integration, tools for compensation best practices, succession planning, performance management, ADP LMS/Training and employee engagement.
- Managing day to day activities within ADP TotalSource system. Providing monthly reports and assisting the VPHR with the implementation of an HR Dashboard/Metrics. This position will manage the tactical execution of HRIS Reporting.
- Will assist with Employee Relations, Employee Engagement survey administration and reporting.
- Assists in providing research for policies, training and other human resource issues as requested.
- Prepares offer packets, benefits packets, and other employee-related information.
- This position will assist with managing company Indeed/LinkedIN and company career page.
- Talent Acquisition and College Campus career fairs and executions. Screening and Interviewing candidates.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- PHR/SPHR certification.
- 3 years of professional work experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in systems-related organization.
- 5 years of experience in customer service or human resources environment with proven ability to produce positive results.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead conversations with executive level within organization.
- Excellent analytical and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written including strong skills in motivation.
