Foundations Counseling, LLC is growing their leadership team, looking for a full-time HR Manager to support our team across multiple locations in Northern Colorado. In this position you will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, and activities of the Human Resources department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the company’s mission and talent strategy. You will support managers in leading, managing, and holding employees accountable. You will collaborate with all staff to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the company.

What you will be doing:

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Utilizes the EOS LMA model to provide constructive and timely support to management with performance evaluations and employee development plans
  • Handles and oversees discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the company’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention
  • Oversees the full cycle recruiting process for all open positions in the company
  • Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the company’s human resource compliance and strategy needs
  • Oversees and administers the administration of human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety
  • Collaborates with clinical leadership on the training and development of the clinical staff
  • Coordinates and collaborates on work done through the cultural ambassador program
  • Leads the creation of the ability to research and analysis company trends regarding culture and human resources metrics
  • Monitors and ensures company’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and innovative technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; partners with legal consultant as needed
  • Develops or recommends HR training programs as needed

Qualities Needed to be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of human resources management experience required
  • PHR / SPHR preferred
  • Exceptional human relations skills and ability to work with and motivate others
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (specifically Power Point, Outlook, and Word) and HRIS technologies
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the company and employees
