We are currently hiring a Full Time Host/Cafe Server to work in our Dining Room & Cafe. Hours of work are from 11:30am-8pm.

The Host/Server main responsibilities include:

* To supervise, direct and train dining room employees.

* Ensure a smooth running dining room for residents during dinner service, accurate time for service, proper etiquette of service execution.

* Ensure the “to go” deliveries, resident charges and salad bar presentation.

* Work in the Country Cafe on Saturdays for breakfast/lunch service.

* Taking and delivering food and beverage orders.

* Assisting in busing and resetting tables.

* Ensuring safety and proper handling of dishes, glassware, and utensils.

* Providing quick, efficient, and pleasant delivery of food.

* Ensure that safety is met for residents and staff at all times and proper sanitation guidelines are met at all times.

Ideal candidate will have one year previous experience, great customer service skills and have a genuine compassion for the elderly.
