Access TLC is currently seeking dedicated and caring Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Hospice team for visits in the Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills and Westlake Village. The field RN is responsible for providing skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their home setting. All charting is done electronically, and we will provide you with an internet enabled iPad.
Access TLC is an accredited hospice and home health agency who provides unparalleled quality of service that allows patients to have a better quality of life. We have been serving Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles counties for over 20 years.
Requirements include:
- California RN License
- California Driver's License
- CPR Certification
Position is per diem visits; we offer competitive pay per visit rates ranging from $50-$155 per visit depending on the visit type.
