Olathe Medical Center, Inc, a 300-bed general acute care facility, is currently looking for a Hospice Aide - Certified professional to join our Home Hospice Care team.
Position Description:
The primary function of this position is to provide intermittent assistance with activities of daily living to Home Healthcare and Hospice patients in need of such assistance, under the Plan of Care and direction of a Registered Nurse. To provide comfort and enforce when needed the plan of care to patients and family.

Position Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or GED required
Completion of Home Health Aide program required
Experience:
1-3 years experience required
Knowledge, Skills:
Organizational, Verbal Communication, and Analytical skills required
Licensure/certifications:
Healthcare Provider CPR – (American Heart Association or American Red Cross ONLY) required within 7 days from date of hire
Completion of Home Health Aide program required
