We are looking for qualified Registered Nurses to provide the highest quality of care for our home health patients in a professional and compassionate manner. RNs will practice to the top of their license and use all resources available to them to manage the medical needs of a patient. Registered Nurses will work with other disciplines needed to maximize the patient’s outcome. RNs will be a patient advocate and communicate with the primary MD, Clinical Team Manager, and other team members to manage the patient’s care and plan for a safe discharge to self-care. Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
• 1 year nursing experience in Med/Surg or Acute Care required, home health experience preferred.
• Acceptance of philosophy and goals of this Agency.
• Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
