Minimum qualifications:

- 7 years of experience in a partner facing product support role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in program management with product technical expertise.
- Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives at both client/partner and organizational levels with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Google Play and general understanding of mobile and developer ecosystems.
- Leadership skills, with ability to both nurture creativity and drive operational process and discipline.
- Executive-level written and engagement skills, with effective verbal communication and relationship building with peers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
About the job
As a Global Commerce Solutions Consultant, you will act as an advocate for Play partners, and a consultant to internal teams by applying solutions expertise to support key partners through their lifecycle, and uplevel the broader Play Partnerships knowledge. You will work closely with Partner Solutions support teams, including team leads and subject matter experts, to timely identify and resolve complex partner issues, and systemically improve teams’ operational efficiency in your subject matter area.

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $123,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Ensure key Play Partners have the proper level of reactive support to resolve a broad array of complex Commerce issues.
- Work closely with Partner Solutions support teams, Play Partner managers (BDM), Play Product and Engineering, cross-functional and cross product area teams regionally and globally to systematically identify issues requiring in-depth expertise and drive them to resolution.
- Assess gaps in Play Commerce products and operations based on partner feedback and quantitative data (cases, bugs, DSAT), and work to solve them in collaboration with Play Partnerships, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Translate your learnings and best practices into scalable initiatives to improve support knowledge and expertise internally. Identify/lead outcomes for high impact projects as a key leader.
- Be an SME for Play Commerce, but not limited to areas of Billing, Business Generation, Commerce Platform, Tax and Compliance.
