General Affairs Specialist Job at Mando America Corporation
Job Purpose:
Specialist are responsible for assisting their department supervisor with maintaining the facilities electronic security systems
(access control, surveillance, entry gates and turnstiles), and for providing information on areas that may require attention.
Specialist will assist with special projects managed by General Affair’s related to environmental improvements, and for the managing of fleet vehicles, company cell phones and vendor relations. Specialist work with an overall focus of maintaining the facilities security systems and the facilities overall condition through inter department and vendor support.
Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):
- Preform semi-annual preventive maintenance inspections on the facilities access, camera and turnstile systems.
- Maintain, repair, renovate the security systems, and when necessary manage vendors servicing the facilities security systems.
- Assist with managing the company’s fleet vehicles, and maintaining relations with vehicle leasing representatives.
- Assist drivers of company vehicles with accident management, maintenance, breakdowns, etc..
- Assist with managing company cell phones.
- Project Management; assist with special projects, usually environmental improvements, and other such projects.
- Support with company special events.
- Maintain performance oversite and relations with facility service providers (ie: pest control, landscaping, janitorial, vending, copy machines, etc).
- Assist fellow team members with daily task.
Qualifications (minimum):
- Minimum HS Diploma
- Experience in low voltage technical related field (access control, surveillance systems, etc.)
- Experience in project management
- Experience in customer and/or vendor relations
Technical Competencies:
· Ability to read voltage/Ohm meters
· Basic Knowledge of life safety and electrical code
· Ability to trouble-shoot low voltage systems
· Computer skills, Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Power Point)
· Problem solving skills
Non-Technical Competencies:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,600.00 - $51,175.00 per year
