RRL is a 21-room luxury lodge and well-known fine dining restaurant. The ranch is a premier wedding and event destination that is nestled on the banks of the Gallatin river. We are a first-choice place to stay for the adventurous traveler, plus we host rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremonies, receptions, and corporate events. Our venue highlights include: a riverside barn/event tent, gazebo, and expansive riverside lawn. For more intimate gatherings, we offer the flexibility to host private celebrations in our main dining room, lodge, or private wine cellar.

We currently are looking for year-round Front Desk Attendants to be a point of contact for guests booking their stay and all guests arriving at the ranch.

Applicants should guest service experience and a passion for high-end hospitality. Experience with Room Master or hotel booking systems is helpful but not required - we are willing to train!

What you should have is a great attitude and passion for each guest having a one-of-a-kind experience while they are visiting Rainbow Ranch Lodge and the Big Sky area!

Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Answering all guest communications, ensuring high-quality hospitality, and meeting Rainbow Ranch standards.

• Welcoming all guests and following proper check-in procedures including an overview of Rainbow Ranch property.

• Accurately handling all accounting controls-cash, charges, and end of day reports.

• Maintaining the Rainbow Ranch lobby appearance and ensuring the Front Desk area is always tidy and presentable for our guests.

• Courteously and accurately answer all inquiries from our guests.

• Providing daily updates to Accounting Manager or General Manger regarding any room needs.

Applicants must display:

• Professional attitudes and appearance.

• Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality.

• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills presented in a caring and compassionate manner.

• The ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• An attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• The ability to assess situations and problem-solve to find effective solutions should challenges arise.
