Job responsibilities:
- Assist head of division to implement business plan and enforce SOP;
- Capable of handling logistics supply chain business operation, including ocean and air shipments, truck services and outsource warehousing if needed
- Manage and grow existing accounts and use your outside sales management experience to prospect and develop new business
- Prepare quotations, participate in business negotiations, and sign contracts
- Track and process customer orders according to customer requirements, ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Assist in optimizing and promoting products, collecting and analyzing market information, and providing suggestions for the domestic supporting team.
- Sort out and archive relevant business data, provide feedback on the needs of local customers, and cooperate with other subsidiary companies and departments to provide business support.
- Any tasks related to sales as assigned.
- Experience with overseas sales in the Freight Forwarding Industry
- E-commerce and warehouse experience are required
- Be familiar with customs process and project operation process
- Comprehensive understanding of Freight Forwarding and Non-Vessel operation principles and FMC regulations
- Well Organized. Goal Driven. Team Player. Excellent written and verbal skills. Strong interpersonal and perception skills.
- Proficient Strong computer skills essential with Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and office equipment
- Strong public relations awareness, strong dedication, teamwork spirit, and independent ability.
