About This Role:

We are searching for a top-notch Firearm Sales Associate that will demonstrate excellent time management skills and be passionate about customer service and self-improvement. Ideal candidates should be great brand ambassadors who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and make customers feel like a part of the family.

As a Customer Firearm Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing effective face-to-face communication with customers in a fast paced sales environment. You will do this by using knowledge of our products and services to inform customers and ensure customer satisfaction. Sales Representatives work hard to expand our footprint and have a strong sense of leadership and responsibility to ensure the client's wants and needs are met for their firearms and products.

The duties and responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to):

• Firearm Sales and Customer Service

• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment

• Working on custom firearm builds with customers (Handguns, Shotguns, Rifles, etc.)

• Build and maintain customer and client relationships

• Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers

• Restocking, cleaning, organization of the front-end of the store.

• Constantly expanding knowledge about firearms, firearm parts, services, and firearm sales.

• Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures

• Provide customers with an enriched and informed experience

• Partnership and cooperation with the full Rifle Supply team to help meet and exceed customer’s service expectations in any department.

• Attend occasional and necessary work-related meetings.

• The ability to be flexible with tasks, duties and responsibilities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Applicants must be 21+
• Exceptional customer service skills

• Knowledge/Experience in firearm industry (not required, we are fully prepared to train on gun knowledge, but a huge plus)

• High school diploma or GED required

• Previous customer service, marketing, sales experience (not required, but a plus)

• Problem-solving skills, and the ability to think under pressure

• Commitment to continual education about the company, our clients, and the products and services we carry

• Military experience is a plus (we love our Veterans)

• Ability to work well in a tightly knit team

• Patience and understanding with customers

• A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• High-energy and optimism

• Ability to lift and move at least 30 lbs (product restocking)
