MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

Gunter Construction is seeking a Finance Manager with grit! Are you the type of thick-skinned person motivated by processes, systems, and accountability to ensure compliance is consistently achieved on large projects? Do you enjoy creating systems and processes? Do you enjoy jumping from project to project and working under pressure? Are you an analytical, deductive problem solver who loves working with data? Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting requirements for sales and use taxes for various states.
  • Responsible for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, company reviews, helping to drive the company’s financial strategy and hiring needs.
  • Ensure cash flow is compatible with company operations, by overseeing the day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal control activities of the organization.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing compliance, and taking action.

Requirements:

  • Construction Industry Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 8 years experience in Financial Management
  • 5 years experience in Executive Leadership positions
  • CPA
  • Microsoft Proficient

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $97,000.00 per year
