Market & Johnson, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer to add to our Stillwater team! This position will be located on-site and will assist in site and project management, working directly with the Site Superintendent and Project Manager. The position is fulltime and provides competitive salary and benefits as well as a great opportunity for advancement. We anticipate placement at the St. Croix Central school site (Hammond, WI). Responsibilities

• Carry out responsibilities assigned by the Project Superintendent and/or Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner
• Problem solve on-site conflicts and issues (RFI’s & Submittals)
• Assist the coordination and management of the project subcontractors and suppliers
• Organize and maintain project schedule.
• Review and manage on-site safety and quality control

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management preferred, Associates Degree is the minimum requirement
• Must be able to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent computer skills and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good phone etiquette/skills
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience with Procore Project Management and Bluebeam is an asset
