Facility Maintenance Technician
Join a fast-growing company with lots of career growth opportunities! The Stand OC Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that multiple Stand restaurants have their physical structure and operating equipment maintained and repaired in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
This will be a full-time position with overnight and weekend responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Must have an unrestricted CA Driver's License.
- Must be able to lift up to 65 pounds. Must be able to get up and down a ladder.
Hands-on experience with the items below:
- Light electrical, basic tile setting, ceiling tiles
- Patch and paint, mirror film replacement, caulking, hanging doors
- Framing, drywall, wall repair, FRP installation
- Door closers, hinges, door sweeps, thresholds, transitions
Organizational requirements below:
- Communication skills—ability to communicate clearly with vendors
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented personality
- Organizational skills — the ability to plan and coordinate outside vendors
- Additional knowledge of other trades (plumbing, mechanical, concrete, welding, electrical, etc) a plus!
