The Opportunity

Ulteig is hiring a Facilities Manager in our Denver office. The Facilities Manager is responsible for providing management and oversight to the company’s real estate, assets, vendor services, and leased facilities, vehicles, fleet asset management., and equipment. This role ensures facility functionality and sustainability, cost-effective solutions, and efficient processes in these areas.


What You'll Do

  • Uphold the Purpose, Vision, and Core Values of Ulteig.
  • Lead specific operational efforts by assembling strategies, teams, and responsibilities.
  • Oversee all phases of contracts related to the purchase, lease or sale of goods and services from research and analysis to negotiation and review.
  • Collaborate, and coordinate with operational and maintenance vendors to manage physical facilities, grounds, and other physical assets.
  • Manage services for the operations and maintenance of the office, which includes but is not limited to facility space planning, workstation adjustments, furniture procurement and moving coordination.
  • Secure space, develop vendor relationships, and coordinate with appropriate resources to establish offices in new geographic locations.
  • Prepare facilities’ budgets and ensures the conformity to budget allowances by reviewing and analyzing activities, costs, and operations.
  • Communicate changes in facility.
  • Work within the system in a resourceful manner to accomplish reasonable work goals; shows flexibility in response to process change, adapting to and accommodating new methods and procedures.
  • Act as a change agent and evaluate current practices against the strategic plans of the company to ensure the human capital component of the business is positioned in line with the strategic growth of the company.
  • Comply with all company and client safety standards.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent client service.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What We Expect from You

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of related experience, including minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams) and other relevant technologies such as workplace management software.
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal/written communications, time management, interpersonal and organizational skills, multi-tasking and the ability to meet deadlines by setting priorities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels in the organization in a team environment.
  • Proven leadership experience through a variety of previously held positions.
  • Proven skills from strategic thinking through to tactical implementation.
  • Proven relationship building, and decision-making skills.
  • Must possess well-rounded knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures of associated industry.
  • Must possess, acquire, and maintain technical and professional expertise.
  • Requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Requires the ability to travel.
  • Requires a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
  • Requires prolonged sitting with occasional walking, standing, bending, stooping, and stretching.
  • Must have permanent work authorization for the US.
