Full Job Description
New Patio Bar is looking for Full Time or Part Time Experienced Bartenders to join our location. We are currently searching for candidates with past bartending experience in a fast-paced environment. We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a team-oriented restaurant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Take food and drink orders from our guests accurately and with a positive attitude. Engage with customers in a friendly manner. Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions. Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any issues. Our goal is to WOW our guests and provide exceptional service for a guaranteed return.
Specific duties and tasks:
A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure when busy with the service station and our bar guests.
Able to perform high-quality work while being unsupervised.
Able to handle money accurately and operate a POS system.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver drinks and orders in a timely manner.
Additional duties as assigned by management team.
Education and/or Work Experience Skills.
