We are looking for a highly-motivated, self-starter to join our team of Entry Level Account Managers. The Entry Level Account Manager will be responsible for initiating new customers, communicating with clients and professional contacts, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise in a timely and effective manner. Our Account Managers are expected to dedicate themselves to professional and technical development, and the successful candidate for this position will be someone who is interested in developing long-term relationships with clients.
Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Meeting face-to-face with current and potential customers on a daily basis
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Professionally and compliantly represent not only our company but our clients as well
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
