Employee Health Coordinator, Employee Health, 1.0 Days Job at UP Health System - Marquette
Coordinates all functions within the Employee Health and Wellness Office that serves the employee population.
Coordinates health evaluations and screenings, immunizations, medical surveillance, TB testing, pre-employment health reviews.
Manages all work-related employee illnesses, injuries or exposures, and all related follow-up and worker's comp program duties. Member of the safety committee and responsible for maintaining workforce injury analytics.
Responsible for COVID-19 employee vaccine management/tracking and related compliance. Act as liaison to Infection Control and multi-disciplinary COVID teams.
Oversees employee leaves of absences including work-related restrictions and/or accommodations.
Administers new Employee Health records, chart audits for transfers and terminations.
Responsible for N-95 respirator protection program, fit testing, coordinating new surveillance and training as needed.
Minimum Education:
Graduated from LPN, LVN program
Required Skills:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)
Licenses:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
