Boart Longyear is hiring for a new EHS&T Program Administrator. This person will be helping to manage with daily upkeep and handling of day-to-day activities involved with our In Vehicle Monitoring System and associated client portals such as Avetta and ISNet.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates and 2+ years equivalent experience, or 3-5 years of equivalent experience
• Proficient in utilization of Adobe, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Minimum of 3+ years with proofreading and layout
• Basic EHS regulatory knowledge (MSHA, OSHA, DOT) a strong plus, but not required.

Position Responsibilities:
High-level responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Administer and manage US/MX Operations In Vehicle Monitoring System.
• Extract, manipulate, analyze, and report EHS data to internal and external constituencies; manage data; prepare and maintain data files; and verify data to ensure data integrity.
• Develops and implements processes for linking and analyzing data from a variety of sources; applies statistical techniques to analyze trends.
• Provide end user training in utilization of the systems
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports to ensure information is communicated effectively and in a timely manner.
• Communicate with and facilitate meetings with end users and operations divisions
• Organize and oversee implementation of US Operations IVMS system.
