E-Commerce/Guest Services Representative

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for merchandise sales, order fulfillment, and guest service at The Megaplex Store
  • Teach and provide an example of outstanding guest service
  • Resolve guest complaints in a thoughtful, friendly manner
  • Promote cooperative effort, positive spirit, and good morale amongst the team. Our guests and teammates should feel like VIP's!
  • Perform gift fulfillment functions in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner; including: responding to guest inquires, order fulfillment, merchandise sales, gift basket building, monthly inventory, stocking, etc.
  • Communicate clearly and keep current on new information guests may inquire about; including: MegaCard gift cards, MyMegaRewards, Megaplex Theatres and affiliate ticketing websites, Megaplex Store merchandise, Theatre operations
  • Operate online shopping cart, shipping software and other business applications
  • Work independently with little supervision
  • May be asked to help with special assignments under the direction of the VP of E-Commerce/Guest Services

Requirements

  • World-class guest service and outstanding time management skills
  • Aptitude to troubleshoot and solve problems
  • Solid retail experience with good cash handling skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Superb attention to detail and strong organization skills
  • Excellent numerical sequencing and mathematical accuracy
  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Hourly Rate: $15

Do I have to work when large, popular films are released?

Large film releases, also known as "black out" days, are just as busy as holidays, you can guarantee that all our employees will be working. These events are high energy and a lot of fun!
