Detailed Job Description
- Lead and manage the daily activities that are required to realize the successful completion of admissions tasks and goals that support 9 colleges and more than 90 programs. This includes the coaching and mentoring of the graduate admissions team and their work.
- In partnership with stakeholders with academic affairs, scope out and execute demand generation programs that may include marketing, recruiting, partnership development, and other tactics to optimize graduate enrollment possibilities.
- Produce and manage graduate enrollment projections and facilitate a common understanding of short and long-term graduate enrollment for institutional stakeholders.
- Take an active role in recruiting activities for the purposes of modeling the appropriate admissions practices and keeping connected to the needs of the marketplace.
- Leading and managing projects that improve the university, graduate enrollment or the enrollment management division.

Minimum Qualifications
Experience/Education:
- Advanced degree
- 7+ years in higher education with 4+ years in higher education leadership (admissions, financial aid, diversity & inclusion, marketing, consulting, etc.) role. This may include leadership roles in continuing and professional education.
- Comfort and capacity in working with students and stakeholders with multi-cultural backgrounds and perspectives.
- Knowledge and experience in working with traditional graduate students, adult learners, and other segments that occupy the graduate enrollment category.
- Confidence and experience in understanding how systems and technologies can enhance relationship building and admissions practices.
- Experience in coaching teams to achieve goals and metrics.
- Ability to lead and manage office environments with diverse functions and objectives.
- Capacity to travel internationally for graduate enrollment work and activities.
