OPTP is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to take ownership of the Amazon P&L, driving steady growth through strategy and execution. This individual will lead a small team to monitor, analyze, optimize, and report on Amazon performance. They will identify areas of opportunity for organic and paid sales growth on Amazon, as well as develop new strategies and lead implementation. They will also identify and promptly react to Amazon-related issues and audit all digital processes, order workflow and logistics for inefficiencies. *Responsibilities* · Drive steady growth on Amazon by developing strategy and leading implementation, owning the Amazon P&L · Deliver sustained growth for 250+ existing and new products · Lead the internal Amazon team and manage day-to-day relationships with external vendors/services · Create detailed reporting and analysis of performance to drive sales, monitor for issues and identify opportunities · Take ownership of all aspects of the Amazon channel · Develop plans for key sales periods · Oversee FBA inventory planning and shipments in collaboration with the warehouse team · Monitor listing performance, account health and brand registry, quickly diagnosing and resolving any issues · Manage, optimize, expand and report on a portfolio of 40+ sponsored product, brand, display, and video ad campaigns across Amazon · Manage a catalog of 250+ unique SKUs to maintain and optimize product listings based on current best practices · Track product costs and marketplace fees/expenses for accurate visibility into profitability on the SKU and marketplace levels and set pricing in accordance with retail goals · Collaborate with marketing team to create written content and supporting visuals for marketplace listings · Keep up to date with best practices, tools and technologies to develop actionable insights that help OPTP stay ahead of the trends on Amazon · Collaborate with team members who manage secondary marketplaces (Walmart, Target+ and eBay), to help provide insight and increase synergy across channels *Requirements* · 4-5 years of experience managing an Amazon sales channel · Proven track record of leading profitable growth on Amazon · Experience managing an internal team, as well as external marketplace vendors · In-depth knowledge of current best practices on Amazon platform, including but not limited to strategy, listing optimization, forecasting, research and analysis · Proficient in Excel and similar tools used for data analysis · Strong prioritization and time-management skills · Proven skills in project management and team management · Ability to quickly understand and solve complex problems · Desire to proactively learn new skills as the market evolves · Work onsite 5 days a week Additional Duties · Some travel may be required for industry tradeshows

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
