Dietary Supervisor
Buffalo Center is currently seeking a motivated Dietary Supervisor to work for our Skilled Nursing Facility located in Buffalo, NY! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proper certification and prior supervisor experience in healthcare cooking!
Duties Include:
- Plans, assigns & inspects the work of Food Service Staff
- Schedules and assigns staff, prepares department payroll for data entry
- Supervises the storage & care of food and supplies
- Oversees the cleaning of the kitchen, storage, & dining areas, and equipment
- Checks residents trays for consistency with specified menu and works on tray line at mealtimes
Requirements:
- Prior Supervisor experience
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work as a team member
