We are looking for an outgoing, Customer Service Representative to join our team. We specialize in shipping and printing services. We are looking for someone who is friendly, enjoys helping customers, has extreme attention to detail and is eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Providing packing, shipping and mail services directly to customers
- Learn procedures and policies of USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL
- Use the point of sales system to quote prices and process transactions
- Copy, scan, fax and laminate for customers
- Answering all calls
- Sorting Mail and Packages
- Sorting Virtual Mail, uploading and filing as well as distribution
- Monitoring mailbox renewals and calling
- Handle multiple projects at the same time
- Inventory monitoring
- Bindery
- Support Print Team
Requirements
- Computer Knowledgeable on PC (any knowledge of Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator would be a huge plus but not required)
- Type 35 wpm or greater
- Strong attention to details with great memorization skills required
- Dependable and reliable
- Superb time management skills and ability to multi-task effectively
- Excellent communication skills --- both oral and written
- Ability to notice typographical errors quickly
- Enjoy working with public
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Able to lift 50 lbs independently
Skills/Experience
- Customer service experience - Preferred
- Extreme attention to detail - Required
- Experience in Pack & Ship Store, (UPS Store, FedEx Office, etc.) - Preferred
- Computer Skills - Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma
