ICOOL USA is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving and processing orders, calculating commission payments, contacting for collections, addressing customer complaints and concerns, and supporting the CS and sales team as a whole.
Responsibilities:
- Receive customer orders via email, or fax.
- Process customer orders in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with sales and other appropriate departments in processing orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Resolve problems pertaining to customer orders.
- Contacting clients for Collections.
- Interact with Finance team regarding payments.
- Maintain and update customers’ database.
Requirements:
- At least one (1) year of customer service experience, required
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel, required
- Experience working with QuickBooks, strongly preferred
- Experience working with SharePoint, SAP, or related ERP system, preferred
- Experience working within the manufacturing industry, preferred
- Experience with Supply Chain and Logistics practices (BOL, LTL, FTL, etc), preferred

· Experience interacting with international business partners and multi-national corporations.
