Job Summary
- Assisting in taking all incoming client calls, recognizing that this is where the client will form their first impression of the company.
- Ensure that the beginning of a 5-star experience is achieved by having a courteous demeanor and demonstrating empathy on the phone.
- Making sure that the phone is answered before the third ring and that the approved company greeting is used each time.
- Adhere to scripting to create a consistent 5-star experience across all CSR’s.
- Perform outbound calls to contact existing club members to schedule their routine inspections and tune ups.
- Use reflective listening skills to repeat back to clients their information, set up our technicians for success and extending the 5 star experience to our customers.
Starting Pay: $43k - $50k Including Commission
- On Call every 6-8 weeks for one week ($100 for the week + $10/each call they dispatch a technician to)
- Possible available shifts: 7am-3:30pm, 8am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5pm, 9:30am-6pm

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Strong Typing Skills
- Reliable Self-starter
- Present and communicate professionally (Verbally and in writing)
- Able to work both independently
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must be a critical thinker - Strong English composition skills
- Telephone etiquette and working knowledge of email systems
- Ability to develop tools that create efficiencies within the department
