Job purpose: Provides an exceptional experience to each customer that contacts our company through phone, email or client facing contact, while striving to complete the appointment scheduling in an efficient and detailed manner. Assists the vision of the company by accomplishing set goals in addition to delivering our 10 serving basics with each customer interaction. Support showroom operations, walk-in customers, visual merchandising, and overall cleanliness/maintenance of the space.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages showroom schedules for the Design Consultants and customers, for a specific region(s).
• Assists with administrative expectations and reporting.
• Receiving all incoming phone calls/make outbound calls/email communication and support national team on scheduling Design Consultant appointments.
• Manage confirmations of all Design Consultations and Installation confirmations.
• Manages the office supply/sample inventory for showroom(s)
• Serves as first contact to greet all clients who visit our showroom, including assisting the clients and/or offering refreshments as necessary.
• Maintains an adequate supply of the Design Consultant and Showroom samples in the showroom at all times.
• Completes Installation Confirmation Calls/ Collects final payment.
• Send Mail to the main office in Spokane. This may include going to the post office.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Communicates politely, clearly, and professionally with customers.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• 1-2 years’ experience working as a customer service representative, preferably within a luxury brand environment.
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Salesforce or CRM platforms
• Call center experience is a plus!
• Calendar management/regional scheduling a plus!
• Interior design interest or education is a plus!
• Comfortable working alone in the showroom. You will have phone and online support. Some Designers will come in and work from the showroom once in awhile.

Hours are Tuesdays to Fridays 10:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday 10am to 4:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
