OVERVIEW
Assist Ticket staff with various ticket projects, guest services, and ticket resolution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Mobile Ticket education and troubleshooting
Process ticket orders, refunds, or ADA exchanges
Assist with ticket reporting
Resolve all customer Service issues, internally and externally, such as monitoring NHL Ticket Office email inbox and assisting member clubs with fan questions
Assist on Event Day operations/ coordinate with guest service staff
Manage NHL party and gift bag ticket distribution and reconciliation
Assist with sales and service of suite and premium ticket inventory
Work closely with other departments, outside vendors, rightsholders etc.
Assist with digital collateral materials for events, Awards, Draft etc
Other projects and duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be highly organized, and multi-task oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position require travel for certain NHL Events as assigned. We are looking for an initiative-taking individual. A positive, service-oriented attitude. Ideal candidate must have a college degree. Prior ticketing experience, Archtics experience and Ticketmaster host experience a plus .
Salary Range for this role: $52K to $65K
