Are you interested in developing your skills by facilitating discussions / solutions with partners, and acting as a subject matter expert on Consumerism?

What you'll do:
Provide client facing support to our current client book of business with focus on implementation and ongoing support for Cigna clients

Facilitate implementation of Consumerism banking processes for new and existing client base by facilitating client implementation meetings

Collaborate with client to make appropriate elections

Track and report on all aspects of the client implementation and renewals

Understand clients needs and abilities

Complete vendor bank structure documents and internal structure requirements

Partner with service teams

Ensure best client/customer experience during implementation

Attend client implementation and renewal meetings; provide support and information as needed

Ongoing review of employee enrollment, clearing account management, funding, CIP review

Proactively monitor client health, perform random audits to ensure Cigna and Bank processes are being adhered to

Address escalated customer issues which may include research, reconciliation, and engagement of SC/CSE

Supports analysis of complex problems / issues, proposes recommended solutions and drives resolution

Be a SME on the E2E customer and client experience on Consumerism

Capture client enhancement or custom requests and assist with requirement planning

Support Technical Specialist and matrix partners in support duties as needed

What you need to do this job:
High School Diploma or equivalent required

Previous HRA, HSA, FSA systems or banking experience highly preferred

Intermediate Excel experience with V-Look-up and analyzing client data preferred

ChoiceFund experience is a plus

Experience in a client/customer facing roles required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple assignments simultaneously

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 17 - 26 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
