Confirmation Specialist - Start Immediately - Not a Remote Role
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational, time management and communication skills with a keen attention to detail. Prior experience setting or confirming appointments over the phone and/or call center experience highly desired.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 12:00-8:00p and half days every other weekend.
Responsibilities:
- As a Confirmation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to utilize our script to confirm upcoming appointment dates with homeowners while providing excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Place outbound calls to homeowners prior to our Sales Rep's arrival date to complete final confirmation of their arrival and ensure eligibility.
- Receive inbound calls.
- Problem solve and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensuring all decision makers will be involved at the time of the appointment.
- Work closely with the Call Center Manager and Dispatcher to verify there's enough room on the schedule.
- Keep an 80% appointment set rate.
