Conference Support Specialist (SME). Supports conferences, meetings, and events. Transcribes the conferences and meetings using AV reproduction capabilities. Photographs and transcribes events via digital photography upon request. Duplicates DVDs and other media formats as required. Operates a loan service of Government-owned equipment within the conference center for Government use. Assists customers and AV vendors with logistics. Assists with AV and VTC administration.
