Job Summary
This Conference Services Scheduling Manager will support and maintain the conference services scheduling system for a large, multi-state financial institution. This position will office out of the 1000 Harbor Blvd, Weehawken location. This position works Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processes all booking requests and serves as administrator for the event management system (80%)
- Helps execute on site conference services requests (20%)
- Hires, trains and directs 2- coordinators
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office products to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to lead, manage and inspire staff
- Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment
- Experience managing processes and promoting process improvement
- Outstanding hospitality skills, ability to anticipate and exceed customers needs
