POSITION SUMMARY
The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for tracking, preparation, and completion of regulatory filings, registrations, licensing, and compliance documents. Assist with noncompliance investigations and implement and monitor compliance controls. Managing and reporting compliance breaches and exposures. Developing, implementing, and maintaining internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with best practices. Review all new products, systems, or processes to ensure compliance.
CORE FUNCTIONS OF POSITION
- Responsible for ensuring that all leases are uploaded and current within the software system used to manage lease obligations (Lease Cake).
- Responsible for ensuring that all lease requirements and timelines are achieved and that the appropriate signatory is notified when necessary.
- Oversees fuel tank management software (Titan Cloud) for locations that the software has been deployed and ensures that non-Titan locations are compliant with State reporting, licensing, and permitting for Underground Storage Tanks, Pumps, and Fuel.
- Ensures that each location has all the business licenses needed and manages the renewal of all licenses.
- Ensures that each location is compliant with local license requirements for the sale of age-restricted products.
- Process, track and renew liquor licenses for new team members and current team members.
- Process, track and renew Food Safety Certifications for all convenience store leadership.
- Ensures that all branded and unbranded audits are consolidated and reported to the District, Division, and Regional Leadership. Examples: site audits, secret shopper audits, bars, etc.
- Supporting various departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data with auditors and various departments
- Other duties as assigned

- Experience with Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Must be able to remain in a stationary sitting position.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment such as a copy machine and printer.
- Occasionally required to do the light lifting of supplies and materials.
