Christian Financial Credit Union is looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team! This individual will analyze requirements and ensure that the Credit Union is compliant with State and Federal laws and regulations, is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of compliance programs and assess the effectiveness of programs. The Compliance Officer plays a critical role in support of product and service development and identifies opportunities in current and future implementations and enhancements to streamline procedures and improve ease-of-access for members. This individual will also support training and education initiatives to disseminate critical regulatory changes and requirements. Ideal candidates will have three plus years of financial service compliance experience and must have a bachelor's degree in a Business-related field.
