· We are seeking a Manager of Contracting and Compensation for our client. Fantastic opportunity for growth working with the Director of Operations Planning & Physician Contracting. Managing physician compensation, analysis, and reconciliation, including time sheet tracking/payments and payroll review and support annual compensation calculations, including year-end calculations, quarterly true-ups and regular review of compensation to ensure compliance with contracts and legal guidelines.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain and monitor dashboards related to physician productivity (wRVU) performance analyses / Reconciliation and true up

· tracked against budget Strong verbal and written communications, and active listening skills

· For compensation management, the Analyst will manage monthly documentation and tracking of items that impact provider compensation

· Such as: Timesheets, provider expenses, CME, and processing

· Dashboards monitoring provider productivity

· Invoice Services – Reimbursement for providers contracted via a PSA

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint Excel-super user, and Visio; experience with database programs

· Ability to accurately type a minimum of 40 WPM

· Ability to accurately perform basic math

· Excellent analytical and organizational skills; attention to details

· Ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks in order to complete assignments within the time allotted to maintain standard workflow

· Ability to foster effective working relationships with staff, physicians/providers, internal and external partners, and other executives

· Solid patient/guest relations skills with the ability to communicate in a professional, courteous and efficient manner

· Ability to work effectively as a team member who is flexible, cooperative and willing to assist others

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Account and Finance or work-related field from an accredited college or university

· 4-5 years of progressively responsible for provider compensation and analysis tracking performance metrics for quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports

· 4 + years Medical Group, (40+ provider), finance, accounting analysis in an ambulatory care/outpatient organization, medical foundation or medical group

· Physician billing experience with CPT and RVU
