- Experience working with various youth ages.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Enthusiasm for leading youth activities and recreational programs.
- Work well with the public, recreation participants and colleagues.
- Be able to take direction, be imaginative, flexible and creative when planning and working with children.
- Effectively plan and lead programs with fellow co-workers.
- Efficiently manage time.
- Reliable transportation in order to work at various schools and parks in the Sartell and St. Stephen area.
