CPM | Tenant Improvement Solutions is a full-service Commercial General Contractor located in Snohomish County. We are a fast paced, hard working group of people who enjoy serving others and making a difference. We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team. We also currently focus on and have many upcoming projects in the Food/Beverage, Health/Wellness/Fitness, Office Space, Multi-Family & Mixed-Use industry sectors.

This on-site position requires a well-organized, independent, innovative, and responsible person who understands how to take a project through successful completion. As a Superintendent at CPM, you will oversee the performance of site work related to scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality and trades performance. You will work closely with the project manager to foster teamwork, establish expectations and deliver the project on time and to budget.

This is a hands-on position, and the superintendent will be working on job sites with their crews and subcontractors. You must be willing to step in and get your hands dirty whenever it's needed.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum (5) years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent, with ten (10) or more years of total construction experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project scheduling, estimating, and Procore software experience is a plus.
  • Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective at building collaborative relationships with a wide variety of individuals and groups, including clients, subcontractors, individual employees, job site teams, and company executives.
  • A talent to lead and a passion to mentor and support the growth of those you manage.
  • The capability to plan and manage the project's workload, re-prioritizing tasks when needed and communicating those changes to your project team members.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining project schedules.
