Coffee Barista (Tacoma) Job at Tacoma Java Co.
We are looking for passionate, friendly, fast-paced Baristas to join our team. We currently are in transition from our Stadium coffee shop, and moving to the heart of 6th Ave. We are a fun and upbeat coffee shop, with a unique vibe. You must have a positive, hard-working attitude, great communication skills and must be a team player. You must be able to multi-task while having a smile on your face.
Barista experience preferred, but not necessary, we will train from the ground up!! We will not settle until we find the perfect addition to our team!
Shift Duties include:
-Creating hand-crafted espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, energy drinks etc. in a fast-paced manner always delivering exceptional customer service.
-Remembering regulars' drinks
-Arriving early for each shift ready to work hard the entire shift
-Deep cleaning, organizing & lifting up to 25 pounds each shift
Requirements:
-1 year minimum customer service experience preferred.
-Must be 18+
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must be both a self-starter & a team player
